Why should my child take this geography class?

Traditional Geography classes:

• Usually focus on students remembering the names of countries, rivers, seas and mountains
• Actually spend most of the time talking about things like: climate, the environment, and earthquakes.

FULLER’s World Geography:

• Focuses on some of the most important countries in the world
• Teaches how different countries make money
• Teaches students about many of the key differences between different cultures, so that they can better work with people from all over the world
• Teaches how the different landforms in countries impact their economies and their relationships with other countries
• Is interdisciplinary: it combines geography with economics, business, history, cultural anthropology, and even psychology
